3PB’s aviation law team offers legal support and advice to pilots, flight training organisations and any other type of company operating in the aviation field under the requirements of the Air Navigation Order 2009. Offences under the Air Navigation order are criminal offences prosecuted by the CAA on behalf of the Crown.
Typical offences under the Air Navigation Order which have been dealt with recently include:-
Breaches of the Rules of the Air such as:
- Low flying generally
- Congested area offences
- Air space infringements
- Banner towing offences
- Flying licence privilege breaches
- Medical Certificate issues
Infringement of Airport operating procedures
We advise pilots, both generally and during interviews under caution, involved in aircraft and helicopter accidents and infringements.
