The Head of the Insolvency Group Cheryl Jones was appointed a Deputy Bankrutpcy Registrar in 2008 and frequently sits in the Bankruptcy Division and Companies Court in the High Court. She was also appointed as a Recorder in 2010 sitting in the South-East Region. Other members of the team have been recognised by the Legal Directories for their experience, including James Davies: “3PB’s James Davies is recommended for commercial disputes and insolvency matters” (Legal 500 UK 2013/2014) and Victoria Jones: “At 3PB insolvency specialist Victoria Jones is also recommended.” (Legal 500 UK 2013/2014).
