Leo Curran is a family law specialist in private and public law, including ancillary relief and Children Act applications, accepting instructions for both private and publicly funded work and appears in the High Court, County Court and Family Proceedings Court.
His experience in Matrimonial matters extends to Divorce, Nullity, adoption, Child abduction in the UK and overseas, foreign decrees, Ancillary Relief (including financial injunctions) and disputed expert evidence.
Many of his cases have involved allegations of sexual, physical or emotional abuse of children arising out of alcohol/substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health/depression, Munchausen’s Syndrome By Proxy, poor cognitive ability etc
In addition he undertakes cases under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and Family Law Act 1996 (injunctions etc.) for applicants and respondents.
