Suzanne qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and was a member of the Family Law Panel and Law Society Children Panel. In 2005 Suzanne transferred to the bar. Since then Suzanne has continued to specialise in family law, including children and matrimonial finance. Suzanne is licensed to undertake Direct Access work in family law.

Public Law Care and Adoption

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in public law. Suzanne has represented parents, children and local authorities in care and adoption proceedings. Suzanne has a degree in psychology, including modules in attachment theory and the cognitive and social development of children.

Suzanne has a practical, but approachable manner in working with clients. Suzanne is licensed by the Bar Council to accept instructions directly from members of the public.

Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in representing vulnerable adults and children. Suzanne has a degree in psychology, including modules in attachment theory and the cognitive and social development of children.

Suzanne has worked on management committees for organisations supporting those experiencing domestic abuse and provided training in this area.
