Victoria has recently been ranked by the Legal 500 as a Band 4 leading junior for Intellectual Property. Victoria also represents and advises clients in relation to a wide variety of disputes including those relating to contract, loans, guarantees and restrictive covenants.

Victoria regularly appears in the High Court and County Courts for Fast Track and Multi-Track trials relating to debt recovery and enforcement of personal guarantees. She has represented a major energy supplier in several trials for the recovery of outstanding debts involving the application of the relevant statutory regimes.

Victoria also has extensive experience in seeking (and defending applications for) interim relief including interim injunctions, search and seizure orders, freezing orders, inspection orders, Norwich Pharmacal orders and applications for pre-action disclosure. She is currently acting on behalf of a defendant in proceedings brought in the Commercial Court which has included representing the client on the return date of a without notice freezing injunction.

Victoria’s practice includes: company law matters including shareholder disputes and breach of director’s duties; contractual disputes including debt recovery and guarantees.

She also has a growing practice in the field of employee competition/breach of confidence and has represented and advised numerous employers and employees including making applications for interim injunctive relief and successfully representing a Respondent resisting an application for the continuation of a pre-action search order (Earthworks Environment Ltd v Beale (QBD) LTL 1/3/2013).

Victoria regularly appears in the High Court and County Courts for Multi-Track and Fast-Track claims and has recently concluded a 5 day trial acting for a defendant in a claim alleging breach of contract, undue influence and misrepresentation. She is currently acting on behalf of a defendant in proceedings brought in the Commercial Court which has included representing the client on the return date of a without notice freezing injunction.
