This free informative evening seminar will provide a useful update on the latest property law issues with the opportunity to discuss these with our expert barristers.

  • Louise Worton - "Recent cases on rent levels in commercial leases" focusing on Elmfield Road Limited v Trillion (Prime) Property GP Limited [2016] EWHC 3122 – a case concerning the interpretation of rent review clauses in the light of Arnold v Britton.
     
  • Seb Oram - "Landlords’ works: repair or improvement? Challenges to recoverability of costs through residential service charges" - London Borough of Hounslow v Waaler [2017] EWCA Civ 45
